DEEPER Districtwise Entrance Examination Performance Enhancement & Research is Pune-based self reliant NGO working in the field of education to conduct Mock Tests of National ( NEET / JEE- Main) and State ( MHT-CET) Level entrance exams for last 17 years throughout the state. Conducting a real mock exam that familiarizes them with the final exam in similar atmosphere.

that end, it involves all cogs in the wheels of education-dispensation, right from Principals, vice-principals, supervisors, lecturers & other academic/non-academic staff of Junior science colleges along with activists in Education field. Students appearing for these exams are state topper for 13 times and since the inception of NEET for all three years students from this exam are state toppers creating Hat-Trick. After all, excellence is always the result of the team-work of like-minded, socially aware and motivated individuals.In a sentence, DEEPER is the Most trusted, Unique, Qualitative, Acceptable, Reliable, Accurate and Reasonable platform for National NEET/JEE and State MHT-CET. It is 17th year of its operation.

It is brain child of social entrepreneur Mr Harish Butle, assisted by Deeper Governing council, Executive council, Academic council comprising of subject experts, Divisional and District coordinators along with district and taluka coordinators comprising a team of social minded team of @700 teachers.

Society means society registered as per B.P.T. Act 1950 & as per Society registration Act 1860

General body means all members comprising apex Governing council, Executive council, Academic Council, Divisional committee and District committee members.

Governing Council means council of members consisting of Founder members & persons appointed by founder members from various regions to conduct smooth operation of the society by taking representation from various councils as per the stated numbers i.e. Executive council (2), Academic Council (2) along with Divisional Coordinators Committee (1), District coordinators committee (1) and 2 members from a General body as decided by Former members. It consists of minimum 7 and maximum 15 members. In Governing Council Except Founder members, maximum 2 turns of 5 years will be allowed for these members.

Executive council means council of members ( Working / Retired below age of 75) who are involved in operations in various regions on behalf of Governing council. It consists of minimum 11 and maximum 21 members. This council will be formed from Academic Council (5) along with Divisional Coordinators Committee (3) and District coordinators committee (13) 2 members from Executive council will be nominated on Governing Council by Founder members. Member representing this committee in Governing council will be head of this council. The duration of this council will be of 2 years. The Governing Council shall have the right to extend the said period of that member if deemed fit and necessary for the period so decided by the Governing Council. Executive council member shall not be entitled to participate in the election that shall be held after five years in respect to Governing Council That further if Governing Council allows the said Executive council, then in that case Governing Council will appoint two members for the period of two years to represent in Governing Council.

Academic Council means council of academic experts ( Working/ Retired below age of 75) having minimum 10 years of experience in teaching at Junior or Senior college level and are involved in Common Entrance Test activities in their colleges or through Private institutions. It consists of minimum 15 and maximum 21 members. 2 members from Academic council will be nominated on Governing council by founder members. Members representing this committee in Governing council will be head of this council and one member out of two will be the head of each subject for entire committee by rotation of one year each. The Governing Council shall have the right to extend the said period of that member if deemed fit and necessary for the further period so decided by the Governing Council. Academic council member shall not be entitled to participate in the election that shall be held after five years in respect to Governing Council That further if Governing Council allows the said Academic council then in that case Governing Council will appoint two members for the period of two years in Governing Council.

Divisional committee means committee constituted by Divisional Coordinators. It consists of minimum 9 and maximum 11 members. One (1) Member will be nominated on the governing council by founder members. Member representing this committee in Governing Council will be head of this committee.

District Coordinators committee means committee constituted by District Coordinators. One (1) Member will be nominated on the governing council by founder members. Member representing this committee in Governing council will be head of this committee.

The District Committee means a committee formed by taluka representatives of each district. District coordinator will be head of this committee.
